Brad Pitt ‘concerned’ about his upcoming custody trial

Brad Pitt Angelina Jolie

The way it stands now, fans can only hope that neither Angelina Jolie nor Brad Pitt turns their current legal proceedings into a traumatic event for them and their family.

However, as a source cited by the media outlet claimed, "They're still working together towards an out of court settlement". The two have been in a divorce battle ever since and reports suggest that a bitter custody trial is all set to commence on December 4.

Brad and Angelina, who announced their split in September 2016 after four years of marriage and more than 10 years together, share Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and 10-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

In addition to the custody dispute, the private judge also needs to handle a property settlement agreement as the former couple do not have a prenuptial agreement.

As reported before, a judge ruled in June that Angelina should let Brad spend more time with their children, or she would risk losing custody.

Jolie meanwhile was warned by a judge that if she didn't allow her children to foster a relationship with their father she could potentially lose custody. The Blast reports that while the MoneyBall star wants a 50/50 custody agreement, Angie wants sole custody of the kids and isn't budging.

The Dec. 4th custody trial between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, which will be overseen by an L.A. Superior Court Judge, has the couple far apart in desires, according to TMZ.

The former couple began custody evaluations last month, and in August, they reached an "interim" arrangement over the care of their kids, just weeks after the "Salt" actress accused Brad of not paying any "meaningful" child support since she filed for divorce.
