Israel Folau once more posts anti-gay sentiments

Silver Ferns star Maria Folau disagreed with Waratahs coach Daryl Gibson's decision to switch her husband Israel to the

Folau last month replied to a follower in an Instagram post who asked, "what was gods plan for gay people?"

Folau, a former Mormon who now attends a church allied to the Pentecostal Assemblies of God, said previous year that he would not support legislation allowing gay marriage during nationwide plebiscite over the issue.

Australian rugby star Israel Folau has once again courted controversy by posting a social media link to a video opposing same-sex marriage and referring to "sexual perversions beyond description".

A meeting with Rugby Australia and CEO Castle resulted in no punishment for the Wallabies star and Castle, speaking on Kick & Chase, said that this controversy is "singularly most hard thing" she has had to deal with in her career.

"There's no black and white answer", Castle said.

"On the one hand you're dealing with a human rights issue".

"I think the test continues to be whether that's done in a respectful way, so that's the measure that we'll continue to apply".

MBHS ranked second in state by US News & World Report
The top states with more than 25 percent of their public high schools receiving gold or silver medals were MA and California. For comparison, Clovis North High School is the next best-ranked central San Joaquin Valley school at 188th in the state.

Folau, 29, is a devout Christian, and found himself in conflict with Rugby Australia (RA) after the Wallabies showed their support for same-sex marriage during last year's national postal survey.

On Thursday, former Wallaby Clyde Rathbone tweeted: "It has become painfully clear that Australia's best rugby player is a religious lunatic bent on self-immolation".

Israel Folau's negotiation over a new Rugby Australia contract looks like being a protracted process accompanied by the usual interest from other quarters but complicated this time by his insistence on standing by his religious beliefs.

"I don't see there's a need to be putting it on a huge social platform because it takes away from what he is - a great rugby player".

Folau's remark caused outrage in some quarters but Rugby Australia declined to censure him despite pressure from key sponsors such as airline Qantas, who the cash-strapped governing body can barely afford to lose.

"I really wish I could sit here and say that this is black and white and by sanctioning him we'll fix it or by going down this path we'll finish it as well", she said.

"But it's really not that simple because of the freedom of speech element".
